Using the search function helps you find more easily the books you are interested in. You may choose your search category in the field under the Quick Search button on the left. You may write full text or fragment into the field above the chosen category. Start the search by clicking the Search icon.

 

 

Page visitors have the possibility to register to the publisher’s webpage. This can be done by clicking the Registration button on the left. Please fill out the form with your personal data. In case of missing compulsory data, the system will signal the missing parts. Once you fill out the form, the system will provide you a username, which you can use for signing in.

 

 

Registration only is not sufficient for signing in. Registered users cannot sign in the system without a confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided, and you may confirm your registration by clicking on the link sent in the email.

 

 

Every user can edit their data except for their username. If your address changed after you submitted your order and before your products have been delivered, please inform the publisher about the change at the kiado@eme.ro address, and edit your user account!

 

 

In case you’ve forgotten your password, you may ask for a new one by providing the email address you used for registration. A new, valid password will be sent to this address. In case the email address is no longer valid, you will not be able to have access to the new password.

 

 

Only registered users can submit orders and only for publications which are available. The ordered products are placed into the shopping cart. The content of the cart can be viewed and modified: you can change the number of the ordered products, you can empty the cart, and you can also delete individual products. Your cart can be accessed by clicking the My cart button.

Products can be placed in the cart even if you are not signed in; the content of the cart will be unchanged after signing in, but it will be deleted on signing out.

You can also view the list of ordered publications by clicking the My cart button. Order submission continues from this page. When clicking the Order button, a page with the user’s personal data and the list of the ordered products appears. The order can be submitted by clicking in the Order button. You will be notified about the list of ordered products via email. The submitted order cannot be withdrawn.

 

For orders from Romania

Books will be sent by the Romanian Post’s collect-on-delivery service (ramburs), within at most 5 working days after the order submission.

The precise date of posting will be communicated to you via email.

The price of the books and the transportation fee must be paid cash at the post office at delivery.

The price listed on the webpage does not contain the transportation fee, which varies according to the weight of the package (around 7 lei/kg).*
